- ◈ Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and market trends in Eastern India.
- ◈ Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell complex solutions, strong negotiation skills, and experience in closing high-value deals.
- ◈ Customer Relations: Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- ◈ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
- ◈ Self-motivation: Results-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- ◈ Location: Based in Eastern India; preference for candidates familiar with the market and willing to travel across the region.
